CAMPBELL'S® VEGETABLE TORTILLA TRIANGLES

vegetable tortilla triangles Campbell's Healthy Request Condensed Cream of Celery Soup, and a few other key ingredients, will yield these fabulous tortilla triangle appetizers.

Campbell's® Vegetable Tortilla Triangles

Prep Time: 25 min
Cook Time: 25 min.

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's Healthy Request Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
1 medium tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 small green pepper, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
2 green onions, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped (about 1 tablespoon) (optional)
8 flour tortillas (8-inch)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)

1.Mix soup, tomato, green pepper, onions and jalape¤o pepper.

2.Place tortillas on 2 large baking sheets. Top each tortilla with l/3 cup soup mixture. Spread to within 1/2 inch of edge. Top with cheese.

3.Bake at 400 F. for 10 minutes or until tortillas are crisp. Cut each into quarters.

Makes 32 appetizers.
