Tortilla Chip Casserole

1 pound hamburger
1/2 to 1 package Taco Seasoning to taste
1 can chicken broth
1/4 cup flour
1 cup sour cream
5 cups tortilla chips broken
6 - 8 oz cheese

Cook hamburger with Taco Seasoning then drain. Add chicken broth and flour to hamburger in skillet. Bring to a boil, until slightly thickened. Add sour cream. In a glass baking dish 13x9 square or 9" round grease with Pam or cooking spray. Add 1/2 the chips to the bottom, add half the hamburger mixture and top with cheese. Repeat. Bake for 15 min at 350.

Can be prepared in advance and put in refrigerator. Then bake until cheese is melted and is heated throughout. About 20-25 min.

Note: This is great for those broken chips in the bottom of the bag that you have no other use for. This is also a great dish for kids to help with. I leave the chips in a bag and let my kids beat the chips with wooden spoons.
